20. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM modifying the rates, rules and regulations, which do not materially increase rate-\nrelated revenues, for the sale and distribution of electricity as adopted by Resolution No. 71R-\n478 and most recently amended by Resolution No. 2022-018 and determining that said actions\nare exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Public\nResources Code Section 21080(b)(8) and Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15273(a) of Title 14 of the\nCalifornia Code of Regulations.\nRESOLUTION NO.
