Waive Council Policy 4.0 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order to 911\nVehicle, Inc., in the amount of $328,269 plus applicable taxes, to furnish and install safety and\ncommunication equipment, as well as custom storage options for three new Anaheim Fire &\nRescue command vehicles.

15. Waive Council Policy 4.0, and approve an increase in the cost to purchase one Pierce fire\nengine and one Pierce fire truck from South Coast Fire Equipment, Inc. by $168,725.73, raising\nthe total cost of the purchase from $3,093,727.73 to $3,262,453.46.

Award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Torres Sanitation Systems Construction, in\nthe amount of $473,000, for the Magnolia and Broadway Sanitary Sewer Improvements\nProject; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the contract and any related\ndocuments and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the contract;\ndetermine the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\npursuant to Class 3, Section 15303 (d) (New Construction) of Title 14 of the California Code of\nRegulations, and authorize the Finance Director to execute the Escrow Agreement pertaining\nto contract retentions.

Approve a Professional Services Agreement with the Anaheim Transportation Network, in an\namount not to exceed $25,000, for the integration of real time parking data provided through\nthe A-Way WeGo Mobile application effective February 28, 2023 through February 28, 2024;\nand authorize the Director of Economic Development, or designee, to execute, implement, and\nadminister the agreement.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Public Utilities General Manager or designees to submit, on\nbehalf of the City of Anaheim, applications for any and all federal, state, and/or local grants and\nrebates to fund upgrades, improvements, plans, programs, or innovative technological\nadvancements to the City of Anaheim’s electric and water utilities infrastructure, operations,\nequipment, and technology systems; to accept such grant and rebate funding as awarded and\nprovide matching funds, where applicable; and to take such actions in furtherance of such\ngrants and rebates, including the execution of any agreements and other documents necessary\nor advisable in the furtherance of the receipt of such grants and rebates; and determining that\nthis resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to\nsections 15004(b)(4), 15060(c)(2)-(3), 15061(b)(3), 15352(a), and 15378(b) of Title 14 of the\nCalifornia Code of Regulations.\nRESOLUTION NO.
