Accept the bid of California Waters Development, Inc. dba California Waters, in the amount of\n$166,237 plus applicable taxes, to provide regular maintenance and as-needed repair services\nfor water features at the Anaheim Convention Center for a one year period with up to four one-\nyear optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal options in\naccordance with Bid #9648.
