5.\nApproval of Amendment No. 1 of the Professional Services Agreement for\nthe Senior Mobility Program with Cabco Yellow Inc., DBA California Yellow\nCab and Orange County Yellow (OCY) Management, LLC., for the Senior\nWheels Program, through the Orange County Transportation Authority\n(OCTA) Senior Mobility Program\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 of the Professional Services Agreement for the\nSenior Mobility Program with Cabco Yellow Inc., DBA California Yellow Cab\nand OCY Management, LLC., for the Senior Wheels Program, through the\nOrange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Senior Mobility Program\nand finding said action exempt from CEQA, Pursuant to State CEQA\nGuidelines.\n2. Direct staff to submit Amendment No. 1 to OCTA for final approval as the\nprogram meets all OCTA Senior Mobility Program eligibility requirements.
