2)\nCONSIDERATION ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE THE NOTICE\nOF COMPLETION FOR THE FY 23-24 RESIDENTIAL STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT PROJECT NO. C24008\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by Onyx Paving Company for the FY 23-24 Residential\nStreet Rehabilitation Project (Project No. C24008) with a final contract amount of\n$5,103,895.25; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Manager and Deputy City Clerk to execute the Notice of\nCompletion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to release retention once appropriate.
