AWARD OF A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER,\nTRUELINE CONSTRUCTION & SURFACING, INC., FOR THE ROXBURY\nPARK AND LA CIENEGA TENNIS COURTS RESURFACING PROJECT; AND\nAPPROVAL OF A CORRESPONDING PURCHASE ORDER IN THE NOT-TOEXCEED AMOUNT OF $551,557.67; AND\nAPPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR WITH RESPECT\nTO DESIGN CRITERIA.\nComment: This contract with Trueline Construction & Surfacing, Inc. for the tennis\ncourts re-surfacing project and approval of a purchase order in the not-to-exceed\namount of $551,557.67 will continue the resurfacing of all tennis courts at a five-year\nfrequency, which includes conversion of four total tennis courts into 16 pickleball\ncourts (one at Roxbury Park Tennis Facility and three at La Cienega Tennis Center).
