7.\nAward of Professional Services Agreement for Banking and Procurement\nCard Services with Wells Fargo Bank\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award the Professional Services Agreement for Banking and Procurement\nCard Services with Wells Fargo for a five-year term with the option to renew\nfor an additional five years, and five one-year optional extensions beyond\nthat for a maximum total of fifteen years.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement, and subsequent Standard Agreements with Wells Fargo Bank,\nsubject to approval by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to make future amendments to the agreements\nfor Banking and Procurement Card Services with Wells Fargo Bank, subject\nto the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.\nOTHER BUSINESS/COUNCIL REPORTS
