Approve an agreement with All City Management Services (ACMS) for\n45 years with the option to extend the agreement for an additional 2\nyears at one-year intervals for crossing guard services beginning Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2025-26 (Attachment “A”) and:\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
