I. ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUILDING DEMOLITION AT 5005 SERENO DRIVE\n(GIP NG. P2S03))\nThe City Council is requested to accept project completion for the building\ndemolition at 5003 Sereno Drive.\n1. Accept project completion for the Building Demolition at 5003 Sereno\nDrive, Project No. P25-03 as performed by Heritage Disposal, Inc. for a\ntotal amount of $66,480.77:\n2. Authorize the City Manager to file a project Notice of Completion with\nthe County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to release a retention payment of $3,524.04\nto Heritage Disposal, Inc. within 35 days following recordation of the\nNotice of Completion.
