PROJECT NO. 7232 – AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT\nAND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS ON ALONDRA BOULEVARD\nFROM HOME DEPOT TO SHOEMAKER AVENUE – ENGINEERS REPORT 25-15\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. approve an Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to continue the scope\nof work of CM&I Services for Project No. 7232 in an amount not to exceed $7,092, which will increase\nthe agreement amount from $213,234, not to exceed $220,326;\nb. and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment provided there is funding in the budget,\non behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
