Award of Contract for Development of a Feasibility Study for the Arrow Highway\nBeautification Project; P‐1040\nDepartment: Engineering\nRecommendation: (1) Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with\nCraftwater Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $106,314 to develop a feasibility study for\nthe Arrow Highway Beautification Project; and (2) approve a 20% project contingency in\nthe amount of $21,263 to cover any unforeseeable changes that may arise during design.
