4.6 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SIGNARAMA FOR BANNER\nPROGRAM\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the second amendment to the agreement with Signarama for the banner\nprogram for an additional one-year term ending June 30, 2026, and increase the\ntotal compensation by $4,000 for a total amount of $54,000; and\n2.
