9.H. Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the\nMonterey Park Mid-Management & Confidential Association for the term of July 1,\n2025 to June 30, 2028\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a Resolution approving successor Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU")\nbetween the City of Monterey Park and the Monterey Park Mid-Management &\nConfidential Association ("MPMMCA"); and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
