Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment with Arakelian\nEnterprises, Inc., DBA Athens Services, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for\ncontinued street sweeping services in a monthly amount of $90,225. The amendment\nextends the service on a month-to-month basis beginning September 1, 2025;\n3. Appropriating $301,000 from Gas Tax Fund 242; and\n4. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
