9.K. Declaration of Surplus Property: Public Works City-Owned Equipment It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Adopting a resolution declaring the 2017 Vactor as surplus property and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to dispose of such property by sale, donation, or other means; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
