9.D. Declaration of Surplus Property - Fire Department SCBAs It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Adopting a resolution declaring self-contained breathing apparatus as surplus property and authorizing the City Manager to dispose of such property by sale, donation, or other means; 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the City of Morelia, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the self-contained breathing apparatus; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
