9.H. Amendment to various Public Works Agreements for Fiscal Year 2025-26 It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute amendments to various Public Works agreements for Fiscal Year 2025-26, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
