21. CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LIFESTATION, INC., TO EXTEND THE EMERGENCY ALERT RESPONSE SYSTEM (E.A.R.S.) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025/26 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with LifeStation, Inc. (Exhibit No. 2; "Amendment No. 1"); and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
