9.D. Authorize a sub-recipient grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and authorize an agreement with Chinatown Service Center for environmental review It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all appropriate and necessary documents to receive sub-recipient grant funding U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) related to Grant No. B-24-CP-CA-0141; 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Chinatown Service Center for review, analysis, and preparation of environmental report; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
