9.B. 2025/2026 CTFGP Grant Award It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Accepting and appropriating grant funds and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Department of California Highway Patrol ("CHP") in the amount of $346,750.29 for the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program ("CTFGP"); 2. Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and appropriate grant funds in fiscal year 2025-26, and execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the CHP in the amount of $346,750.29 for the CTFGP; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
