9.D. Amendment to Agreement 2230-AA with City Management Advisors, LLC for Executive Recruitment Services It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Ratifying a Third Amendment with City Management Advisors, LLC in a form approved by the City Attorney, to provide executive recruitment services in an amount of $28,000; 2. Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to appropriate $28,000 from the General Fund into the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year budget; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
