9.E. UCLA Center for Pre-Hospital Care - Authorization to Execute Agreement It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Regents of the University of California ("UCLA"), in a form approved by the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $251,100; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
