17. APPROVAL AND RATIFICATION OF AGREEMENT WITH PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK (PCN) FOR CALL CENTER SERVICES AND RELATED INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. RATIFY and APPROVE the agreement entered into with Professional Communications Network (PCN) for call center services related to illegal fireworks complaints. — 2. RATIFY and AUTHORIZE the City Manager's execution of the agreement approved as to form by the City Attorney.
