27. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CS & ASSOCIATES, INC TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL LABOR COMPLIANCE SERVICES FOR VARIOUS NEEDS TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with CS & Associates, INC for on-call professional labor compliance services extending term by one (1) year and increasing the contract sum by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract sum of $400,000.00. — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 with CS & Associates, INC following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
