9.L. Street Sweeping Services Bid - Rejection of All Bids It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Rejecting all bids received from Street Sweeping Services Proposal No. 2025-M02; 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment with Arakelian Enterprises, Inc., DBA Athens Services, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for continued street sweeping services in a monthly amount of $90,225. The amendment extends the service on a month-to-month basis beginning September 1, 2025; 3. Appropriating $301,000 from Gas Tax Fund 242; and 4. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
