10.B. Consideration and Possible Action to Adopt Ordinance Establishing Refuse Rates It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Opening the continued public hearing; 2. Receiving all written and verbal testimony regarding the proposed rate increases; 3. Determining whether there is a majority protest against the proposed rate increases; 4. If no majority protest exists, introducing and waiving the first reading of Ordinance No. _____ - Setting the amount of Refuse Rates and Charges (Attachment 1); and 5. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
