9.D. Authorize a sub-recipient grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment and authorize an agreement with Chinatown Service Center for\nenvironmental review\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute all appropriate and necessary documents to\nreceive sub-recipient grant funding U.S. Department of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment (“HUD”) related to Grant No. B-24-CP-CA-0141;\n2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract, in a form approved by the City\nAttorney, with Chinatown Service Center for review, analysis, and preparation of\nenvironmental report; and\n3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
