9.K. Declaration of Surplus Property: Public Works City-Owned Equipment\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Adopting a resolution declaring the 2017 Vactor as surplus property and authorizing\nthe City Manager, or designee, to dispose of such property by sale, donation, or\nother means; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
