12.3 \nMulti-Jurisdiction City Council Ad Hoc Committee\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\nEstablish and appoint two Councilmembers to the Ethanac Expressway Ad Hoc Committee to work in collaboration with the County of Riverside and the City of Perris to develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to address issues related to development as well as fire and emergency services along the jurisdictional boundaries shared by the City of Menifee and City of Perris.
