10.B. Consideration and Possible Action to Adopt Ordinance Establishing Refuse Rates\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Opening the continued public hearing;\n2. Receiving all written and verbal testimony regarding the proposed rate increases;\n3. Determining whether there is a majority protest against the proposed rate increases;\n4. If no majority protest exists, introducing and waiving the first reading of Ordinance\nNo. _____ - Setting the amount of Refuse Rates and Charges (Attachment 1); and\n5. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
