10.6\nAgreement with Faith Lutheran Church for the Purchase of Real Property for the Sun\nCity Greenspace Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale\nAgreement for real property between Faith Lutheran Church for the property\nlocated at the northwest corner of Portsmouth Drive and Roanoke Road for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $450,741.15; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Covenants, Conditions,\nRestrictions and Easement Agreement (CC&R) with Faith Lutheran Church; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any agreements or documents required\nfor the acquisition of real property including but not limited to escrow, broker\nfees, title, insurance, formal bonding appraisal, documents relating to the grant\nprogram with final execution subject to clear title.
