10.5\nResolution of Intention for Annexation No. 35, Navarro Trust DTD 05/01/2007, into\nCommunity Facility District 2017-1, Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Accept the Petition of Navarro Trust DTD 05/01/2007, Assessor’s Parcel No.\n335-481-017 located south of Boulder Rock Place, west of Murrieta Road, east\nof Amber Rock Drive, and north Thornton Avenue, into Community Facilities\nDistrict (CFD) No. 2017-1, Maintenance Services, as Annexation No. 35; and\n2. Adopt a Resolution of Intention to add Annexation No. 35 into CFD No. 2017-1,\nto authorize the levy of special tax therein to finance certain maintenance\nservices, and to set a public hearing for September 17, 2025.
