10.8\nAgreements with Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. for Menifee Police Department Modular Buildings\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute two lease agreements and any other necessary lease documents with Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. for the rental of two modular buildings used by the Menifee Police Department, in a total not-to-exceed amount of $373,870.80 through April 3, 2030; and\nAuthorize the Finance Department to issue a purchase order against the contract for each corresponding fiscal year.\n
