2. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider Adjusting the Maximum Permitted Service\nRates for Integrated Solid Waste Collection, Processing, and Disposal Services. (All\nWards) Pg. 16\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Conduct a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed Maximum\nPermitted Service Rates for Integrated Solid Waste Collection, Processing, and\nDisposal Services; and,\n2 Determine if written protests have been received from the owners and tenants of\nparcels which are subject to the Maximum Permitted Services Rates for\nIntegrated Solid Waste Collection, Processing, and Disposal and whether a\nmajority protest has been received; and,\n3 If there is no majority protest, adopt Resolution No. 2025­310 of the Mayor and\nCity Council of the City of San Bernardino, California establishing the Maximum\nPermitted Service Rates for Integrated Solid Waste Collection, Processing, and\nDisposal starting July 2, 2025.
