PUBLIC HEARING OF THE 2025 DRINKING WATER PUBLIC HEALTH\nGOALS REPORT.\nComment: California Health and Safety Code §§116470 (b) and (c) require a water\nsystem serving more than 10,000 service connections prepare a Public Health Goal\n(PHG) report once every three years. In addition to generating the PHG report, it\nrequires the public water systems to hold a public hearing for the purpose of\naccepting and responding to public comment on the report.
