13. Establishment of Underground Utility Districts 1 and 2 to enable SCE to Perform an\nUndergrounding Project\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments and testimony regarding the\nestablishment of Underground Utility District No. 1 along Lexington Avenue from Park\nAvenue to Garey Avenue; and\n2) After receiving public comment and testimony, close the Public Hearing and adopt the\nfollowing resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-62 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY\nDISTRICT NO. 1\n3) Conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments and testimony regarding the\nestablishment of Underground Utility District 2 along Park Avenue from Franklin\nAvenue to Lexington Avenue; and\n4) After receiving public comment and testimony, close the Public Hearing and adopt the\nfollowing resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-63 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY\nDISTRICT NO. 2
