DEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a resolution extending\nthe date by which temporary outdoor dining areas on private property shall\nconvert to permitted permanent outdoor dining or removed permanently.\nRECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 25-______: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA, UPDATING THE DATE BY WHICH\nTEMPORARY OUTDOOR DINING AREAS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY\nSHALL CONVERT TO PERMANENT OUTDOOR DINING.”\nEXCLUDED CONSENT CALENDAR: Items removed from the Consent Calendar for\nseparate discussion are considered at this time.\nPUBLIC COMMENT: This time has been set aside for the public to address the\nCouncil on any item of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the\nCouncil that could not be heard under Item 1 at the beginning of the meeting.\nCOUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS AND MEETING ATTENDANCE REPORTS: This\nportion of the meeting is set aside for general comments, announcements,\nrequests of staff, subcommittee meeting reports, and/or other issues of concern\nfrom members of the City Council.
