CDC: Staff recommends that the Oceanside Community 25-711\nDevelopment Commission (CDC) adopt a resolution\napproving the 2025-26 Annual and 2025-2029 Five-Year\nPublic Housing Agency (PHA) Plans and authorize the\nCDC Chair to submit the Plans to the U.S. Department of\nHousing and Urban Development (HUD) with the inclusion\nof changes made to the PHA Annual and Five-Year Plans\nas a result of public comments; and authorize the CDC\nChair, or designee, to execute any and all related\ndocuments for submittal.\nA) Chair opens public hearing\nB) Chair requests disclosure of Commissioner and constituent contacts and\ncorrespondence\nC) Secretary presents correspondence and/or petitions\nD) Testimony beginning with Raymond Rull, Housing Program Manager\nE) Recommendation - adopt resolution
