TAB1 25-0168 Request City Council to: (1) Conduct Public Hearing continued from\nFebruary 25, 2025, to solicit public comments from interested citizens; (2)\nAdopt Resolution No. 8328 approving Substantial Amendment No. 7 to\nthe Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan; (3) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to submit the Substantial Amendment of Annual\nAction Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development\n(HUD); (4) Authorize the City Manager or her designee to take all actions\nnecessary to implement the programs identified in the AAP; and (5)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee, to make all conforming\nmodifications and edits, and to execute all implementing documents\nrequired by HUD in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n(ACTION)
