UPDATE – CITY RESPONSE TO WINDSTORMS AND FIRES - CITY MANAGER AND EMERGENCY\nOPERATIONS STAFF\nRecommendation:It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Consider updates from City staff and provide direction if desired by the City Council; and\n(2) Find that, if direction is given to staff, it would not be a “project” subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 21065 and within the meaning of\nCEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b).\nCONSENT CALENDAR\n(The Consent Calendar consists of routine items which will be approved by one motion and one vote unless\nremoved for separate discussion. There will be one opportunity for public comment on all consent items.\nComments are limited to 3 minutes each, and the Mayor may limit this time if reasonable under the\ncircumstances.)\nCity Manager/Executive Director
