4.2. \nDiscussion and Direction on Cannabis Tax Rates \nRECOMMENDATION: \nStaff recommends that the City Council solicit public comments and feedback \nregarding the current Cannabis Tax Rates and take one of the following actions: \n(1) retain the existing tax rates without further action, or (2), direct staff to prepare \na resolution to amend the Cannabis Tax Rates, to be presented for adoption at a \nfuture date. \nDepartment: Finance
