Conduct a hearing on the proposed Resolution 2024-__ of the City of Wildomar\nfinding and determining that the public interest, convenience, and necessity require\nthe acquisition of certain property for public purposes; and\n2. Review the evidence presented, including this staff report and public comments,\nand close the hearing; and\n3. Find that on January 13, 2010, in accordance with the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) and State CEQA Guidelines §15070, the City Council adopted\nResolution 2010-02 certifying a Mitigated Negative Declaration or the Clinton Keith\nRoad Widening Project, and that no additional CEQA findings are required for the\nProject; and\n4.
