Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Number (next in order)\napproving the application submittal and amendment to the Permanent Local\nHousing Allocation (PLHA) 5-year plan for the PLHA Program. The\nProposed Resolution Number (next in order) is entitled: A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PERRIS, APPROVING A\nSUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION AND AMENDMENT TO THE\nPERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) 5-YEAR\nPLAN FOR THE PLHA PROGRAM\n12. BUSINESS ITEMS: (not requiring a “Public Hearing”): Public comment will be\ncalled for each non-hearing item. Please keep comments brief so that everyone\nwho wishes to speak has the opportunity to do so. After public comment is\nclosed, you may not further speak on the matter unless the Mayor or City Council\nrequests further clarification of your statement. Public Comment is limited to\nthree (3) minutes.
