B. Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Number (next in order)\napproving the placement of CR&R Solid Waste Delinquent Balances on\nRiverside County Property Tax Roll. The Proposed Resolution Number\n(next in order) is entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF PERRIS, COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF\nCALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF DELINQUENT\nSOLID WASTE BALANCES FOR SOLID WASTE SERVICES,\nDESIGNATING THAT THE DELINQUEST BALANCES CONSTITUTE\nA SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND LIEN, AND DIRECTING THAT SUCH\nDELINQUENT BALANCES BE COLLECTED VIA THE RIVERSIDE\nCOUNTY SECURED PROPERTY TAX ROLL\n12. BUSINESS ITEMS: (not requiring a “Public Hearing”): Public comment will be\ncalled for each non-hearing item.
