Consideration to approve a request by Pulte Group for a full road closure\nfor San Jacinto Avenue between Dunlap Drive and Murrieta Road for\nconstruction of a sewer main.\nCC. Consideration to award a Professional Services Contract to IDS Group for\nprofessional architectural services for the Senior Center Multipurpose and\nNutrition Room Improvement Project located at 100 N. D Street, Perris,\nCA 92570.\n11. PUBLIC HEARINGS: The public is encouraged to express your views on any\nmatter set for public hearing. It is our procedure to first receive the staff report,\nthen to ask for public testimony, first from those in favor of the project followed\nby testimony from those in opposition to it, and if there is opposition, to allow\nthose in favor, rebuttal testimony only as to the points brought up in opposition.\nTo testify on the matter, you need to simply come forward to the speaker’s\npodium at the appropriate time, give your name and address and make your\nstatement.
