Z. Consideration to award a contract to All American Asphalt for Ramona\nExpressway Pavement Rehabilitation Project (CIP #S-099).\nAA. Consideration to approve a Professional Contract Services Agreement with\nEXP U.S. Services, Inc. to conduct, to prepare and to provide preliminary\nenvironmental and technical reports and studies to support the Project\nApproval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) for the Ellis\nAvenue/Evans Road Extension (CIP S141) in the amount of $1,199,795.68.\nBB. Consideration to approve a request by Pulte Group for a full road closure\nfor San Jacinto Avenue between Dunlap Drive and Murrieta Road for\nconstruction of a sewer main.\nCC. Consideration to award a contract to Los Angeles Engineering, Inc. for the\nD Street Public Area Enhancements between 6th Street and 8th Street\n(Spec. #CIP S-007-127-2024-25)\nDD. Consideration to approve the purchase of two (2) Electric Chevrolet Blazer\nEV’s for Code Enforcement and three (3) pickup trucks for Community\nServices.\nEE. Consideration to approve a contract with All American Asphalt for\npavement maintenance and repairs as part of the 2023-24 Street\nMaintenance (S-036) and W. Metz Road Alley Pavement (S-094) Projects.\nFF. Consideration to award a Professional Services Contract to IDS Group for\nprofessional architectural services for the Senior Center Multipurpose and\nNutrition Room Improvement Project located at 100 N. D Street, Perris,\nCA 92570.\n11. PUBLIC HEARINGS: The public is encouraged to express your views on any\nmatter set for public hearing. It is our procedure to first receive the staff report,\nthen to ask for public testimony, first from those in favor of the project followed\nby testimony from those in opposition to it, and if there is opposition, to allow\nthose in favor, rebuttal testimony only as to the points brought up in opposition.\nTo testify on the matter, you need to simply come forward to the speaker’s\npodium at the appropriate time, give your name and address and make your\nstatement. After a hearing is closed, you may not further speak on the matter\nunless requested to do so or are asked questions by the Mayor or a Member of the\nCity Council. Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes
