5. APPROVE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE - BIENNIAL NOTICE OF REQUIRED AMENDMENTS\nThat the City Council:\nA. Receive and file the 2024 Local Agency Biennial Notice to Amend the Conflict of Interest Code for\ndesignated employees of the City of La Habra;\nB. Direct staff to notice and report any public comments to City Council for consideration; and,\nC. Direct staff to prepare a revised Conflict of Interest Code within 90 days for submittal to the City Council\nfor final approval and adoption.
