ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT\n(CDBG) ANNUAL ACTION PLAN\n— Recommended Action: 1) Hold a public hearing to review and receive public comments for the FY 2024-2025\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan; 2) Adopt a resolution to approve the FY 2024-\n2025 CDBG Annual Action Plan; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager to approve any necessary changes and\nsubmit the FY 2024-2025 CDBG Annual Action Plan and all certifications and assurances contained therein to\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
