APPEAL OF PLANNING APPLICATION 22-37 TO ESTABLISH AN 24-117\nEVENT CENTER WITH OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING A\nREQUEST TO OFFER VALET PARKING AND TO DEVIATE FROM\nPARKING REQUIREMENTS LOCATED AT 3150 BEAR STREET\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1.
