Conduct a public hearing on the proposed Resolution 2024-__ of the City of\nWildomar finding and determining that the public interest, convenience, and\nnecessity require the acquisition of certain property for public purposes; and\n2. Review the evidence presented, including this staff report and public comments,\nand close the hearing; and\n3. Find that on November 10, 2021, in accordance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) and State CEQA Guidelines §15070, the\nPlanning Director approved a Notice of Exemption for the Project, and that no\nadditional CEQA findings are required for the Project; and\n4.
