10. PURCHASE ORDER FOR ONE OFF-ROAD POLICE VEHICLE\nThe City Council will consider: (PD)\na. Approving a Purchase Order Agreement with ATV Corp for the purchase of one Prowler C4XM\npolice off-road utility vehicle for the Police Department, in the total amount of $50,340.15;\nb. Appropriating $2,397.15 from the Asset Forfeiture Fund to cover the full cost of the vehicle; and\nc.
